Distracting Throw

Type: Weapon

Slot: Weapon_4

Professions: Thief

Throw a spear that inflicts conditions on your target. If this strikes a movement-impaired foe, it also inflicts daze. If this skill follows a Finisher skill, it counts as a lead attack and grants a bonus to outgoing damage for a duration.
